Miss Fulrani Kinalekar with 100% locomotor disability and congenital absence of upper and lower limbs since birth has been awarded the national award for the best achievement by disabled by the National Trust for Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Disabilities, New Delhi at their annual award ceremony held in Delhi recently.
