Offshore operators urge govt to form Casino Control Board

The offshore casino operators have requested Goa government to constitute Casino Control Board (CCB) for regulating offshore casino industry.

This suggestion from the Association of Offshore Casinos (AOC) comes at a time when the Chief Minister Digambar Kamat has already announced plans to set up a gaming commission to legalise these floating casinos.

The association of offshore casinos (AOC), in its memorandum to the State Government, has said that CCB should be shaped to regulate the off-shore casino industry.
