The High Court expressed concern over the delay in the removal of the grounded River Princess from the Candolim beach.
The division bench comprising of Mr Justice S B Deshmukh and Mr Justice U D Salvi asserted it will pass orders in all civil applications pertaining to the case.
The court had earlier given time to the state government as well as the contractor to take steps as per the earlier orders passed by the court.
