Well-known face from the tiatr stage, Hermegildo Camilo - popularly known as H Britton, passed away on Thursday evening in Britona, after a brief illness.

H Britton breathed his last late Thursday evening. He was in the hospital for some days before he was shifted home recently.

He was the recipient of the state government's Cultural award for his work in tiatrs. Britton was known more for female roles on the stage. His forte was singing.

Several tiatr personalities condoled the death of H Britton.
