The tourism season has just begun and law and order scene looks grim with these murders of single women cropping up. There were visions of a serial killer at work but latest reports indicate it is probably a duo at work. Whether the crime is solved or not remains to be seen but law and order has always been a problem in Goa. The latest bomb blast in Margao in which one person was killed has added to the problem.

Good Governance In Goa, A Myth?

It’s a pity that we Goans are yet to see good clean governance, heading into the 5th decade, of supposedly Goa’s freedom. It makes me wonder many a times, are we Goans really interested in having good governance in Goa?
